Having electricity in RUST allows players to greatly bolster their base’s defense as well as improving its overall usability. With the introduction of the electricity system, RUST base designs will never be the same.

  • Setup specific doors to open automatically based on certain conditions.
  • Re-spawn back at your base immediately to defend the base.
  • Make a pit-stop at a backup or ally’s base to arm yourself before returning.
  • Call in reinforcements before the base is overtaken.
  • Carrying valuables? Re-route to drop them off in a backup base.
  • Receiving a preemptive raid alert allows players to react in a more informed manner while away from their bases, enabling the following situations: Each of the systems will allow you to be alerted while away from your base. The second is a proximity alert that allows players to know there are enemy players within a certain vicinity. The first is a dead wall alert that lets players know when there is an enemy actively raiding a base. Both systems can easily be added to any base design.
